Capio Proximity, Southwest and Digital, Sweden

The Capio Southwest primary care cluster in the south of Sweden (CPx) consists of 15 primary care units with a total of +100 000 listed patients. Each year approximately 350 000 physical visits are taking place here, and more than two million contacts (digital and others).

The Capio Digital (CD) department focuses on digital primary care units in care centers or via the Capio Go pathway, as well as remote patient monitoring and adjustment via the Capio home concept.

Both adjacent operations will work on the management of chronic disease, empowerment, and smart solutions facilitating for staff and patients. Both workforce and administrative challenges will be addressed.
