Ramsay Health Care publishes certain financial information about its non audited consolidated financial statements for FY24

Ramsay Santé relays the press release (attached) issued today by Ramsay Health Care, one of its reference shareholders. Ramsay Health Care was required to publish such financial information in accordance to Australian reporting regulation.

Ramsay Santé has maintained the implementation of its key initiatives as part of its “Yes We Care 2025” strategy to offer integrated care to patients, by increasing its portfolio of imaging equipment, opening new primary care centres and new digital solutions.

13.5% total revenues growth for the third quarter of this financial year, up to €1.3bn total revenues, supported by a broad-based good dynamics and recent acquisitions in the Nordics countries. Growth on a like-for-like basis of 10.2%.

This amendment to the Universal Registration Document was filed on 10 November 2022 with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) as the competent authority under Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, without prior approval in accordance with Article 9 of said regulation.
